Delivery Coverage
We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. Certain remote or restricted areas may experience extended delivery timelines.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
- Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation before dispatch
Estimated Delivery Time
- Colombo and suburbs: 1 to 3 working days
- Other main cities: 2 to 4 working days
- Remote areas: 3 to 6 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All-island Cash on Delivery is available
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
- If an order is rejected at the time of delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS where applicable.
Damaged Deliveries
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel
- Immediately inform us within 48 hours
- Provide clear photos of the package
We will investigate and arrange an exchange if verified.
Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timing is subject to courier operations. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns.
